Bagasse is a by-product of sugarcane during sugar production. When sugarcane stalks are harvested, they're pressed to release their juices that get processed into sugar. The leftover fibrous pulp is moulded under high temperature into a wide range of products such as Plates, bowls, take-away boxes.
